Joannes Vandermeulen is founder and head of Business development of the Namahn Agency in Brussels. Recently I was happy to be invited to a very interesting UCD Master Class Workshop at Namahns' where participants learn about UCD as a discipline, the UCD process, specifications and the ROI.
